We’re not a spa. We’re a sauna and cold plunge that gives you the spa feeling, the heat, the cold, the calm and the sense of being looked after, at a fraction of the price.

What makes it feel premium

Everything about the place is built to feel considered, and a few specific things put it ahead of what most people picture when they think of a spa.

The plunges are 3D printed and shaped to the body, so nothing about them is bought out of a catalogue. More importantly, the water is filtered and circulated continuously, all day, every day, and tested every few hours. That matters more than people realise. A lot of cold plunges are essentially static tubs of shared water that get topped up and little else. Ours never sit still.

There are six plunges in total, set in pairs at 3°C, 6°C and 12°C, and two saunas: a traditional Finnish sauna at around 85°C with proper löyly, and an infrared sauna at around 60°C for a gentler, deeper heat. Six plunges and two saunas for a maximum of six people at a time, which brings us to the part that really sets it apart.

We cap every single session at six people. That’s the whole model. No crowds, no waiting for a plunge to free up, no jostling for a spot on the sauna bench. You get the same calm, unhurried, almost private experience every time you come, which is more than most spas can promise on a busy Saturday.

Here’s the honest comparison. A spa day in London runs well over a hundred pounds, often several times that, and you’ll go once, maybe twice a year. A session with us is a small fraction of that, and it’s designed to be something you do regularly rather than save up for.

There’s a café lounge to stay in afterwards, and a studio running breathwork, yoga, Pilates and sound if you want the slower side of it, so there’s more here than a single spa treatment gives you anyway.
