What you actually get

When you book the space privately, you get everything. Two saunas, one a traditional Finnish sauna running at around 85°C with proper löyly, the other an infrared sauna at around 60°C for a gentler, deeper heat. Six 3D printed cold plunges in pairs at 3°C, 6°C and 12°C, with continuously filtered and circulated water. A state of the art studio for breathwork, yoga, Pilates, sound or whatever your group wants to run. And a café lounge and wellness bar to land in before, between and after.

No other guests. No sharing. No queue for anything. Just your group in a space that’s been designed from the ground up to feel premium, calm and considered.
